last day taking stim for fat burn (yohimbine, synephrine, caffeine), will take raspberry ketones + green coffee bean xtract instead. starting cycle support today. saturday epi elite (30mg), and sunday the ultimate diet 2.0 (UD2.0). will take 'before' data/stats tomorrow, along w/photos.

weeks 1+2+3: epi elite 40mg, cycle support (ai)
weeks 4+5+6: epi elite 50mg, cycle support
weeks 7+8: nolva 20mg, post cycle support (ai), zma (cellucor), reduce xt (sns)
wk 9+10: nolva 10mg, post cycle support, zma, reduce xt

Only lifts if you want too.

Dont beat yourself up about one meal. One meal isn't going to make you or break you. Just try and stay on track as much as you can.

Appetite shouldn't be effected this early. I have days where I don't feel like eating either.

And pump should be building up. EPI doesn't really kick in until week 2 (towards the end) and I didn't see massive strength gains until week 3 almost 4.

FYI, Started my 1st Epi cycle over a week ago at 30 and noticed positive strength-endurance effects after a few days; this is my 1st ever cycle. No effect on appetite so far.

In week three my bench went up almost 60 lbs.

But I also ran Sten and Andro with it lol

I ran epi solo and my dick took a vacation around the end of week 5 of a 6 week cycle was taking 40 mg a day. It came back from vacation about the end of the first week of pct with nolva....

Yea it's prolly a good idea to run some kinda test base with these things. I'm running tr3st with msten haven't had any problems and I feel a lot better then I did with epi solo

Cycle assist + Celery seed + Hepatopro + Taurine + Fish oil + Glucosamine
PCT will be torimefene

Mainly back pumps is the side effect I get; quickly eased by Taurine with a lot of water. Tends to happen during exercises that directly affect back. So far have gained 7 lbs in 10 days at a 500-700 cal over maintenance count.

5-6 weeks. this is my second traditional cycle. in addition, i did a pulse cycle, for a total of three.

I plan on doing a similar cycle. Epi and trest for 6 weeks each. Epi to start and end 1 week early (7 week total cycle)

You could just run trest at a low dose base to address the issues of solo epi/pack on some more gains... Or you could just do a higher doses base and pack on even more gAinz. Bro.

I might have to do Trest and Halo this summer. Cause I've ran EPI twice now lol

I've been thinking the same, after this upcoming cycle that's 3 epi runs In the books.. I've always had hdrol on the radar but never tried it. Epi is great though...!

dammit! i hit another dip on my diet and thats two many on ud2.0, since its one week cycles, so i'ma have to be reel and restart the DIET portion on sunday. i'm usually disciplined as fuk w/my diet, i've taken care of what was causing my miscues, i've got everything in order NOW. log re-starts SUNDAY. sorry.

I think when and or if I run TR3ST I will run it with EP15TANE, nothing like a good anti-estrogen blocking the receptors to keep gyno from coming on during a cycle. Add in an AI and BOOM you got a big bad ass run with not much chance of gyno at all. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also EPI and every other designer steroid kicks in immediately. There is not conversion these are steroids they go right to work. Not like a pro hormone. As soon as ingested the hyper-anabolism begins. If sensitive to them you can feel them or get an immediate alpha feeling. YOu can get the increased strength from a highly androgenic product binding to the AR increasing the ability to respond to strength stimulus. Same reason people shoot Tren ACE or or Test no Ester before a workout. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Some of the steroids take longer to see the effects as far as strength and accumulation of muscle growth but they are kicked in from the beginning. Telling someone who feels something that they aren't or it is placebo is not accurate and on top of that it is kind of a bummer thing to say to someone. Even if it were placebo effect, it works, the power of the mind is stronger than anyone may believe. If you truly believe you are growing your body will follow suit. Same as if you think you are getting better from medicine you will even if it is a sugar pill. So why take that power of the mind away from someone just because they are experiencing something you didn't or that goes against the bro-science heard from others. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Definitely not dogging anyone here but really why take the wind out of someones sails when they are having a great experience. Placebo effect is a real and positive thing so if that is what it is then let it be, but bottom line is these are oral steroids that are immediately effective once ingested. So they kick in immediately and the changes can be noticed by those in tune with their body or personality. Sorry for the dotted lines but this thing keeps pushing all my text together making posts unreadable.

If you are doing that you need to eat at maintenance all the way until you start it back up to get the best results.

so...yeh, i fuct up. basically blew the first two weeks of my epi cycle. yeh i know. well here i am, took me a while to man up and come bak. i'm about 90-95% bak on track w/diet + workout routine (ultimate diet 2.0). got bak on the horse monday (6/2). uhmmm...one of the reasons for my failure was the lethargy i was not prepared for while on epi...i mean there was a couple of other things that fuct my cycle up, but yeh the lethargy is horrible. i'm doing my best to deal w/it now. also i think i'm really depressed, like i dont want to log/post or do anything like i used to, i used to be spazzing all over the place, but now i'm like a couch potato when at home. oh and i'm at 40mg (wk3), going up to 50mg next week, if i feel ok, i will xtend cycle for the full 5 weeks as planned. fml. oh yeh my temper is off the charts. roid rage? yeh.

Welp, like you I do get that lethargy but when I added LGI Stano around the 3rd week or so it seemed to help and my libido is intact. The short temper side effect is there though but am getting used to it.I'm on week 4 at 50mg btw. So far got 10-11 lbs in increased weight, feel dry, joints are ok (added cissus), no longer get headaches (must be the extra celery seed extract I put in). Strength seems to be plateauing but endurance is good (wanna stay in the gym forever).

Try 8 weeks at 45mg
Omg by week 6 I was feeling depressed (gained 5kg though).

Now on pct Clomid and nolva got a infection (chest) and can't train.
Epi can be a b1tch for messing with the immune system.
I bloated this time.round as well rather than lean up. I'm drying out now and can see the difference.
Other side I got were hair thinning (not much) and bruising easy.
Back on the gym next week, gonna smash it.
Good luck with your cycle mate, fight through the lethargy you'll be fine.

so any suggestions on what i should do now? i did 2 weeks at around 30mg and didnt do **** - training and diet wise, i preeety much ate ****, smoked weed and did some cardio those first 2 weeks.. its week 3 now and i'm on 40mg and bak on track diet/training wise. i'm at 173.6 @17.6% (post carb-load). i mean should i xtend my cycle...or what? thanx.

What's the point in messing with your body. You are taking something that can make you bald, spotty, irritable, make your balls shrink, lose interest in sex, Erectile dysfunction etc for what reason ?

You need to ask yourself whats more I important to you, getting high or training.

oh no, i'm bak in the game. i've cycled before, but did not xperience THESE particular side effects, i.e. lethargy, depression, etc. so now i'm asking, since i pretty much wasted those first 2 weeks, if i should xtend my cycle or jus continue on as planned.

Go for 8 weeks if you can deal with the lethargy etc.
I got to 6 weeks and was ok so carried on, weeks 6-8 were hard work.
I'm in pct at the moment and I'm like a pregnant hormonal teenager.

from what ive read id say:

add a test base, or something for the sides (tr3st or stano)
do a real 6 weeks (extend)
IIFYM and a standard workout routine
you seem to be overthinking things a ton. if you consistently eat 500-700 above maintenance, and consistently go in the gym, hit it hard, and come back the next day, you'll make great gains.
