Hi, i finished a 6 week week 20mg obol (brawn nutrition ostarine) run 2 weeks ago. It was nice but think with the increase in recovery between sets etc i really overdid it and lost effects towards the last 2 weeks. Now been looking what to do next and like the look of 11 oxo but would run it solo and wouldn't wanna run it over 300mg a day else it would get to expensive. Looking for it to just help me continue to recomp and lose fat which I've read 11 oxo does very well but worried the dosing may be to low but love the cortisol control especially as i folow the intermittent fasting protocol. Also considering ostarine again as it was a nice run but maybe stack something with it? Open to ideas?
