Hi I am looking for advice on a reliable PH? I am 36yrs and 6ft tall. I have been working out now on & off for 4yrs. I currently work out 4 times a week. But am stuck at 75kg!? My diet is good & I use protein shakes morn, post workout & night (Mutant whey)Also I use creatine mono 5g per day. I have been advised against sd matrix which I planned on starting on Mon? I have extreme labs OCS, milk thistle 8580mg + hawthorn berry 1000mg for on cycle... & daa + nolva for PCT. Can anyone recommend a good PH please??? I have been advised to take epi and am now seriously considering this instead of the sd matrix as no one seems to know what the ****'s in it?!! I have tryed my best to do my research and now just need some honest advice from guys with experience in this field as this is my first cycle! Also maybe more importantly I have a slight heart murmur, will this affect me in anyway & do I need to watch out for anything when on my PH's?? Any feedback would be very much appreciated. Thanks
