take a break after a " natural " test booster?

I just finished a bottle of Optimal alpha which is supposed to be a natural test booster, and my joints are DRY as all get out. Started on fish oil and tons of water and d3000, how long till this goes away you think? Also I wanted to do a round of PH before my show and didn't know if I should take a break after the booster considering my joints are already dry. any thoughts?
