Hey guys, I'm new to this! But I've been lifting pretty hard for 3 years now I'm currently 6'3 216 lbs but want to start on the gear to get a little edge. I can't find anything to tell me what to take and all that fun stuff.. So help me out here fellas just need some basics on what to take a what's what. With cycles and all that. The help will be greatly appreciated!
