Cycle Assist- 8 a day (Pre-loading for 2 weeks)
Tudca - 2 a day
Orange Triad- 6 a day
Fish oil- 6 a day
ON 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein
I have extra Hawthorne berry and Celery seed for BP in case of any issues.

My question is I have been cutting to this point and have a vacation coming in July. Should I eat at maintenance or surplus? I have searched but seem to get conflicting opinions. I'm looking more for a recomp. I have been eating at a deficit for the past 4 months (-500) now. I have read that it is pretty pointless to eat at a deficit while taking any PH/DS.
Also what would you say is the best supplement for joints? I know stacking stano and epi can be hard on the joints. Been on these forums for years and you guys seem to be the most knowledgeable about these things just never really posted until now lol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and will give out rep to those who help.
