You'll be fine bro, it was just two days, it takes time to build up in your system. You didn't shut yourself down. I know you were a victim of peer pressure and that you stopped taking the halo 25, and I respect that. Once you have that in front of you and you know it can make you bigger in just a few weeks, it's hard to just throw it down. I'm saying what you are about to read because you are probably gonna be temped to take them again in the future. I was in your exact position when I was your age. Prohormones were the shelf at my local supplement store and I saw people my age buying it all the time. I didn't know anything about lifting, and was always looking for that "magic pill" that would change my body and the way people looked at me. I was a skinny **** who was tired of being skinny.
Being the dumb and inexperienced 18 year old with 4% bf and weighing less than the average girl my age (a pathetic 112lbs), I went on forums asking about prohormones. I can't tell you how badly I got flamed and **** on by the members there. It sucked being told you can't do something because you are too young and inexperienced. The flaming didn't help it just made me want to do it even more because I was a stubborn ****. That all changed when this guy sent me a message different from all of the haters. This is basically what he said:
You can sit on these forums all day waiting for someone to say what you wanna hear "yeah do it bro, you'll get ****ing big". No smart and experienced lifter or bodybuilder is going to, but at the end of the day you are gonna do what you want to do. But listen to this, you have so much potential at your age to make great gains. With the amount of testosterone that's pumping through your body right now, you are already anabolic as hell.
I don't know your experience or how much you weigh, but it can't be much worse than what I was at when I was a year older than you. I was/am one of the hardest gainers there is. My metabolism is through the roof. When I am bulking, I look like an average person here on a recomp or even a cutting diet. Buy yourself some mass gainer(I like quickmass or gaspari real mass), whey protein for post workout ( I prefer carnivor because it concentrated and gives me my creatine at the same time), keep your daily protein at 1.5-2x your bodyweight in daily, and carbo-load. Go online and find out your BMR. Add 2000 calories clean calories to that, and you will put on some quality muscle. With the right diet, and workout plan, you'll make amazing gains at 17/18. I gained 22 pounds of muscle in just 12 months after I got my diet down.
I'm glad I didn't take anything back then, I might have permanently damaged my endocrine system and shut down my natural test production. No one in their 20s wants to have to get weekly testosterone replacement therapy injections and pop a tab of Viagra just to get it up.
Maybe you weren't even gonna think about touching PHs again, or maybe in a few months you will. If you ended up being against them at your age even before I wrote this, then this is simply a waste of 25 minutes for me. However, If this impacts your decision to stay away from anabolics until your body is ready to handle them safely, then I wouldn't hesitate to write this all over again if It meant helping someone.
Goodluck bro, PM me anytime if you have any questions.
