Hate to add to first time PH threads but here goes. I am 30, 165, low body fat, worked out off and on for past couple years(steady for past 6 months), eat clean and organic as possible, do not drink, little caffeine, no pre-work out stim, good BP, drink 1 gallon of water a day.
Could anyone suggest a simple first time PH stack? I would like to order everything from one place and hopefully keep it under $125. Thank you in advance for any advice!
I would also like to limit the side effects.
