Anyone done this before?
I'm usually pretty low carb on my bulks and keep on keto the rest of the year because my body retains water too easily.
I don't have lethargy issues unless I'm eating carbs (I guess I'm just sensitive to the ups and downs of blood sugar levels after eating carbs).
I'm not necessarily looking to cut, as I do that a bit later in the summer, but I feel that with minimal carbs, and epi's drying affects, it would look pretty sick.
Thoughts?
