Powder clumping problem

I did a search and couldn't find anything so sorry if this has been asked before, nut i have some 1-test cyp and 4-ad cyp in the freezer and its clumping, i have them double bagged in ziplock freezer bags, i just wanted to know if the powder is still ok to use even though its clumping and what i can do to stop it if anything.
