rphash49 Well-known member Awards 0 Feb 20, 2014 #6 Bunch of good stuff already said. Tart black cherry extract is rarely mentioned but it works great for the joints. I use cissus to help with an injury, strain, etc. I use black cherry extract for joint soreness. It's also pretty Damn cheap at that big online retailer that starts with an A.
