Last time i did i cycle i was 21(to young) anyways im 27 now 5 11 225 i have stopped trainging but the last 4 years ive been a lot more serious and realy dialed in my diet.
Heres what im going to be doing
My goals are to put on some mass and avoid gyno as i had a small issue before
Current PR (natty)
Bench 385
Squat 550
Dead lift 450
10 weeks of t400 @ 600mg
1-4 Test prop at 400mg
1-11 HCG 500ius/wk
1-11 armostane 12.5ed
13-17 Clomid 80/40/40/20
13-17 Nolva 40/20/20/20
