    Forma Stanzol bulk cycle


    I will be using forma stanzol on a stand alone bulk cycle, diet is on par roughly 4500 cals. per day. Goal weight is 180 lean.
    Bench 325 (2 months old)
    Front Squat 425
    Deadlift 450
    Dumbell curl 65
    Inclide dumbbell bench 125
    Bent over dumbbell rows 150

    I would like to see some strength gains as well as LBM gains.

    Nice front squat! I deadlift 450 but only front squat like 275..... Maybe 315 one rep. 425 front squat just sounds painful lol

    Thanks! Current weight 170.1 this morning. 2 meals down 6 to go! forma dries extremely quick it doesn't smell bad, It has made me feel as some people have described it euphoric, it is an off day so I will have 3 applications before my first work out! Tomorrow is leg day! off to work.

    While bulking and cutting are more dependent on diet, forma isn't usually know for it bulking abilities. Just saying

    This is understood but I'm using it for this purpose more or less as an experiment, I would like to see if it can be used this way for lean mass considering I haven't been able to find another log of it standalone

    Starting to feel that alpha male feeling after application, libido is good. 171 on the scale this morning, good leg workout massive pump. Will continue to update as the week goes on!

    Update! so I am down about 1% bf in two weeks I am starting HIIT and going to continue to raise the calories to see how I progress!
