SD/Epi bridge + Stanodrol + T3

Ok I'm 6' 187 15% bf, looking to do a recomp. At the end i would like to be 190lbs 10% bf but well see what happens. Help me out a little with this guys i would like to hear some input:

SD: 20/20/20/0/0/0
Epi: 0/0/30/30/30/30
Stano: 0/0/750/750/750/750
T3: start on the 3rd week and end when cycle is finished, taper up from 25mcg to 100, then back down to 25.

On cycle:
Cycle Assist
Fish oil
Orange triad
Erase

PCT:
Torem: 90/60/60/30
PCT Assist
Animal M-stak
Erase
Kre-alkalyn

Calories will be about 400 over maintenance, cutting carbs out of last 3 meals. Cardio 5-6 days a week, mixing it up between sprinting stadiums and bike (when legs are sore).

What can i expect with the T3 added in? is 30mg epi enough to save me from losing muscle?

First of all, those are very lofty goals, and they aren't gonna happen. You would have to put on 12 lbs of muscle and drop 9 lbs of fat.

I think maintaining your weight and leaning up is more realistic.

SD and Epi is kind of excessive but you will survive if you really wanna run that. Lethargy will be pretty bad though. On cycle and PCT look great.

I would not run the t3, no point in running it when recomping. Also, no ramping up and down is needed with t3. 100mg is too much for you anyway. Run it at 50mcg (or maybe 75mcg) on your next cut. If you were running it, this cycle would be enough to stave off muscle loss though.
