I think maintaining your weight and leaning up is more realistic.
SD and Epi is kind of excessive but you will survive if you really wanna run that. Lethargy will be pretty bad though. On cycle and PCT look great.
I would not run the t3, no point in running it when recomping. Also, no ramping up and down is needed with t3. 100mg is too much for you anyway. Run it at 50mcg (or maybe 75mcg) on your next cut. If you were running it, this cycle would be enough to stave off muscle loss though.
