EPI cycle q's (first timer)

Hey guys bit of background I'm 25 live in oz been training since I was 15 weigh in at 80kgs about 12% bf. I'm looking to get some fairly clean gains and obviously hold as much as possible pct.
I'm about to start my first cycle of P/Hs and am just checking to see if I can get a few things cleared up.

Firstly I'll be planning on running celtic labs epi on 30/30/30/40
Support supps: liver guard, fish oil, joint complex, coQ10
Diets pretty much sorted going to be taking in about 3.5-4k calories

PCT: nolva (when I can find some)40/40/20/20 and some Daa

So basically my questions come down to dosing

1) how long between doses?
2) do I need to separate my epi doses from my support stuff or can I just take them all together?
3) do I need to take them on empty stomach or anything?
4) do I really need to avoid taking them in the evenings?
5) also anyone got any feedback on celtic labs epi would be good to hear
6) also any feedback on the cycle or suggestions would be great too

Spread dosages thought the day. Should say that on the bottle..

Keep it about 4 hours apart

3) do I need to take them on empty stomach or anything?
No

4) do I really need to avoid taking them in the evenings?
Doesn't really matter.

Extend ur cycle to 6 weeks.

Nolva dosage is a little high .. 20/20/10/10 will suffice . Also u may want to add erase for after u finish the Nolva jut in case of rebound . #spoonfed..

when you get some nolva.......no you better get nolva before you run....yeah i just saved your life like bay watch....

I believe the half life is around 6 hours. Time accordingly. A lot of guys complain epi disrupts sleep patterns, but I haven't personally experienced this. I would recommend that you run higher and longer. 5 or 6 weeks would be a better length, and 40mg in week two or three and either stay at 40mg to end of cycle or up dose to 50mg last week or two after running 40mg for two.

I wasn't starting until I got my pct organized just saying what I was planning on doing when I get my hands on some cheers fellas

Also, its a good idea to take methylated compounds with fish oil.
