Alpha-4D

I am thinking of giving Alpha 4d by shredded labs a shot for a winter bulking cycle but there doesn't seem to be alot of reviews out there. What would be a good dose to take and what are the sides such as aggression, lethargy etc.

Would this be a good bulker or would I be better with sten-zine. It has 20mg alpha-1 and 30mg m14add in each cap. I have no experience with either of these products so if anyone could give any insight as to how they might work stacked and what a proper dose would be?

Iirc half the shot SL sold was bunk, or mislabeled. Google it.
