Pro Hormone Workout?

Iam taking M-sten and Mechabol and wanted to know what workout while on this cycle would help me gain more mass/strength gains? , I have been doing workout 1 for 5 months...
1) on the repeat I would do hypertrophy with lighter weight and more reps
Chest/Tri
Back/Bi
Legs/Shoulders
Off
Repeat

2) I would do more Exercises and Sets too hit each muscle harder due to only working them out 1x a week
Chest
Back
Bi/Tri
Off
Legs
Shoulders/Traps
Off

I suggest looking at the training forum here on AM. There are tons of logs with different programs used.

Train the same, except if you feel like you can go longer, do some sets.

i train the same with a faster progression. so normally im doing 5/3/1. but then i change the progression to something weekly like 5x5 instead of monthly

same routine though

i always drop the weights with more reps at the beginning (15-20) and the last two weeks get down to 5-8 reps. really shows the progression and keeps you from goin out there one day steroid jerkin it and injure yourself.
