How much ostarine can you run in pct without defeating the purpose of it?

technically speaking none, it's a hormone if you wanna do a proper pct then none.. I've seen others run the standard dose of 20-25 during pct and end up with decent test levels, really up to how harsh ur cycle was and how much you are willing to take.

I usually go with dopadex
Is there a more comprehensive product than that?

I just read that you can use osta to try and keep gains but who knows, it sounds like a lot of people consider it to be a waste
