5x3x1 routine while on aas asking for injury?

just wondering if it's a good idea or not for a test/deca cycle or any cycle in general.

no it's fine.

just remember that your muscles are going to grow / get stronger faster than your tendons and ligaments. That's where a good chance of injury is.
