    Ran a 30 day sdmz cycle at 2/2/2/2 stacked with mlmg at 125 I stoped the sdmz this past thursday but kept up the mlmg. Monday and tuesdays workouts I finished my warmup sets then started to get extremely painful headaches in the back of my head as if I were hit with a bat. I started day 1 of pct today hoping I would finally be able to complete my workouts and after my warmup it happend again im taking 2 baby asprin preworkout which hasnt been helping and im still taking hawthorne berry. Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

    They sound like exertional headaches, unrelated from your cycle. The only solution I found is to take time off or else the severity of them increases.

  3. They have been getting worse and earlier in workouts, how much time off do u reccomend?

  4. I got them a few years ago and took 2 weeks off. I tried to push through it before that and they literally turned into instant migraines. In my case, I think it was a result of poor breathing on heavy sets...

  5. Alright this sucks the only thing I took today for pct was 120mg of torem, would it be a good idea to hop back onto the mlmg for a week so I can try to minimize losing any gains?

    Edit: I also tried pushing throught it.. possibly the worst idea ever

  7. I have no experience with pct man so I can't really give advice there.

    I remember the headache pain though and how terrible it was. I eventually took myself to a hospital and the doc told me what I just told you...

  8. Havent checked the blood pressure I will tomorow although my usual treatments for cycle induced high blood pressure havent worked. I read up on a few articles about exception headaches and it sounds exactly like what I have so im gonna give it minimum of 10 days off from the gym and eat like an animal to try and hold onto as much gains as possible
