I'm on 6 days now.Weighed in this morning before food and I'm about 5 pounds up from 5 days ago to 182 and still pinch 18 mm at abs with calipers ( this is how I'll moniter bf).
So far I have had a general "pumped up" kind of feeling that kicks in about an hour after taking the ment. Only side I've noticed is maybe bright flashes in peripheral vision which is weird, ha, probably totally unrelated. Another note sleep has been deep with vivid dreams which is awesome because usually with "pro-hormones" I sleep like absolute **** the whole time I'm on them.
Diet is at 3200 cal/day: 312 grams protein, 312 grams carbs and 69 grams fat. Other supps I take are Animal Paks, fish oil, erase and a PWO. I did a log for condense and d-pol last month and got hooked on the Condense. The nitrates are the ****. Just finished my 2nd container today and am going to try PES Enhanced next. I think I may pick up some Milk Thistle/NAC. Animal Pak has 500 mg MT, but a little more would probably be smart I'm thinkin'. PCT will be Nolva for most likely 20/20/10/10. I'll take it longer if I feel the need.
Sat and Sun: maintenance/cardio/abs/calves
Highlights from Today:
Bench 5x5's: 225/5, 225/5, 225/4, 225/4, 225/3 drop set 135/15 Definitely feeling stronger there, usually at 4 by 2nd set. I hope to be doing 225 for a solid 5x5 by end of run.
DB Curls: 50x10, 50x8, 50x7, 35x12

the flash in the vision is most likely from the sudden spike in bp from taking it.
I like condense as well. I also ordered a tub of enhanced to try out after I finish my island punch condense.

Island Punch sounds good. Green apple was tasty too. Light flavor. My Enhanced should come in tomorrow. Will let you know how it is. It looks like its gonna be good.

Day 8 up to around 183.. I think the initial 5 lb weight gain was most likely glycogen so will probably slow down moving forward. Been throwing in a few "cheat meals" here and there to help out. example: Had a foot long chili cheese dog yesterday and a giant cinnamon roll this morning to go with 8 eggs.
Hit delts and triceps yesterday, took my first serving of Blue Razz Enhanced before and bam! Good stuff. It is very thermogenic I gotta say. I could feel the heat in the middle of my workout. The nitrates are no joke. I was doing dips with a 50 pound chain. Normally I can do about 8 but I did 12 for 4 sets! Tris were rock solid pumped as a mofah... I think that is why I love weight training so much, even more than the vanity aspect which I'd be the first to admit is a big reason for me. Enhanced is the perfect balance of raw energy/thermo with a focus factor aspect as well that doesn't feel like Craze which makes me feel like I'm on molly which isn't really how I want to feel all day, lol.
Btw I did check my bp and it was at 135/90 which most would consider on the high side but that's actually around where mine has been my whole life. Will be keeping watch though. Hitting legs hard later today before my afternoon clients.

I know when I was on trest and then ment it put me in a good mood all day long. Also had lots of wood and more vascular. Took it about 45 minutes before a work out and felt like I could go all day long. Are you experiencing this?

Hey man, being that ment/trest is often looked at as male birth control, I'm sure it most likely shuts down someone pretty quick... Did you have any more trouble recovering from it than using any other stuff?

Nope not at all. I did not have any gyno problems but some have. Hope you have a good ai close buy.

As far as an ai on hand, I have been taking 2 erase a day, but I know that is not a good AI if **** starts getting real, lol ..and I have nolva on hand as well. I should probably be smart and order an ai. This is the first time I've taken a PH that can aromatize so never really worried too much about gyno before, plus I don't really think I'm prone to it (knock on wood). Would you suggest letro on hand?

I also did 2 erase per day. Was doing up to 60 and 70 mg of trest per day and never even got a sore nip. I did have letro on hand just in case but never needed it.

If you were to make a transdermal trest with say 2 grams powder, what would you suggest for the delivery system? Would you just rub on something like 50 mg's once daily? This would be awesome considering its way more liver friendly and can run longer..

I do like the instant pump from the pills and I did notice that the nomenclature for 7-Ment begins 7a and not 17a so I was thinking that might be a lot less stressful on the liver but wasn't for sure if it would be. Hmm, maybe next run will be 50 mg's a day/6 weeks if I get good success from this one. This stuff is awesome because it's like a test base and a more potent anabolic in one..

Day 11 Weight at 184... so it's still climbing. BF still low, more vascular.
Hit Legs Friday and Back today. Normally do deads on back day but my hamstrings still sore as hell from Friday. I don't know why my damn legs still get so sore after all these years.
Highlight today was DB Bent Over Rows: 3 sets of 110x 6. Felt like 50's almost at first haha.

Yeah that's what I was thinking too when I bought it. I figured worse case I'm out 20 bucks.
I believe I'm on day 13. Did cardio today: Ran 1/2 mile- 30 crunches, half mile, leg lifts, half mile, plank.. . I'm still at 184 but feel like it's kind of a solid gain, doesn't feel like purely water or glycogen. My mood has lifted to the point that I have kind of an excited feeling all day and libido is getting borderline rediculous. Did chest and bi's yesterday and the sad part was I wasn't feeling a lot stronger than last week on Bench Press 5x5's was 225x5x4x3x3 drop set 185x9 but incline press was really good for me at 135x12 especially right after bench..

30 mg's/day spread out, but definitely 10 mg before workout. I actually bumped to 40 mg's yesterday just to see effects and I think that would be the sweet spot for me..

Had a bit of a set back yesterday. I went home on a quick break and wanted to get some quick protein and I figured I'd just chug down a few eggs, 2 whole and 4 whites which I do commonly do. Only this time I didn't notice that there was what must've been one big ass jagged piece of shell!! **** stuck in my throat and hurt bad! I started freaking out, chugging water trying to get it down. I made up a shake for it's thickness and chugged it down which I believe loosened it and then just had severe throbbing pain in my lower esophogus and upper chest. I went to the Dr' right away because for all I knew I was internally bleeding or something. Looks like I irritated my espohagus and swelled up into esophogitis.
Dr. gave me some kind of protective liquid to drink,liquid benedryl and ant-anxiety medicine. Not sure why these things in particular but she said to trust her take them and it will help.. I'm basically on a liquid diet for the next week, right in teh prime week to get some good ment gains! Damn it!
Well I skipped leg day today, bought 2 more tubs of protein powder, liquid egg white, maybe get some veggie fruit smoothies.. anyone have good liquid diet ideas to helpkeep my calories around 3000 and 200-300 grams of protein/daily?

Yeah no **** right? I'm just chugging some eggs, next thing I feel like I've ruptured my throat lol. Definitely gonna grab some weight gainer shakes.. I was 187.7 at the Dr. yesterday! That's pushing a 10 lb gain so far, don't wanna lose that! Hopefully I'll be back on the iron tomorrow..

Back from my egg injury, LOL. Painful couple of days. Did cardio yesterday. I still seem to be sitting at around the same weight.. hoping to get a few PR's and pounds gained in the last stretch.. Hitting Back tonight.

Alright, not a lot to update lately, weight has tapered it seems right at 182-184 in AM on empty, but strength seems to be increasing still. Chest and Biceps today. Thinking of getting another bottle and running 4 a day to week 6... hmm

Yes, I have been running it solo at 30-40 mg's per day (40 on a few days I have taken an extra cap pre-workout ). I think I'm in week 3 of 4 weeks right now.

Haha, besides the egg thing, it's been good. I haven't had huge gains , but it gave me an edge to get past a plateau I feel I've been at. I'm sitting at about 183-184 and started at about 176.. I don't really like the idea of going on a full blown bulk, gaining a bunch of body fat to have to cut later so it helps in adding a few pounds and PR's while staying pretty lean. The positive sides have been the test-like sides on libido. Not really any negative sides except maybe some elevated blood pressure so far..
Did shoulders/tris today. I felt like I wanted to go home right when I got there but after getting a good pump and woke up a bit I was feeling great. May lifts feel easier than they were. Did Arnold Press with 60's after triceps were spent and still did as much as if I had done shoulders first.

You can drink anything in a protein shake lol. Oats, peanut butter, flax etc make it super easy for me to meet my cals. Not sure if the absorption is as good when you drink them though.
