I'm on 6 days now.Weighed in this morning before food and I'm about 5 pounds up from 5 days ago to 182 and still pinch 18 mm at abs with calipers ( this is how I'll moniter bf).
So far I have had a general "pumped up" kind of feeling that kicks in about an hour after taking the ment. Only side I've noticed is maybe bright flashes in peripheral vision which is weird, ha, probably totally unrelated. Another note sleep has been deep with vivid dreams which is awesome because usually with "pro-hormones" I sleep like absolute **** the whole time I'm on them.
Diet is at 3200 cal/day: 312 grams protein, 312 grams carbs and 69 grams fat. Other supps I take are Animal Paks, fish oil, erase and a PWO. I did a log for condense and d-pol last month and got hooked on the Condense. The nitrates are the ****. Just finished my 2nd container today and am going to try PES Enhanced next. I think I may pick up some Milk Thistle/NAC. Animal Pak has 500 mg MT, but a little more would probably be smart I'm thinkin'. PCT will be Nolva for most likely 20/20/10/10. I'll take it longer if I feel the need.

Friday: Legs
Sat and Sun: maintenance/cardio/abs/calves
Highlights from Today:
Bench 5x5's: 225/5, 225/5, 225/4, 225/4, 225/3 drop set 135/15 Definitely feeling stronger there, usually at 4 by 2nd set. I hope to be doing 225 for a solid 5x5 by end of run.
DB Curls: 50x10, 50x8, 50x7, 35x12
