First Cycle Back


  1. I'm 39, 5'8, 215, 18% bf
    It has been about 11 yrs since I've done anything harder than a natty test booster. I tore up my shoulder 11 yrs ago and had a hard time getting back into lifting.
    I've been back to lifting solid (obsessed) for about 3yrs.
    I've got my diet in check (counting macros high protein and following IF).
    I workout 6 out of 8 days about 45 mins to an hour each day.
    1.chest
    2.back
    3.legs heavy
    4.off
    5.shoulders-abs
    6.arms
    7.legs
    8.off

    I'm in week 3 of my cycle
    Weeks 1-12 test cyp 300 M&T
    Weeks 6-14 winny 20 ed
    Pct: nolva, AD3-pct, DAA
    Taking
    multi vitamin, milk thistle, fish oil, glucosamine msm chondroitin, cissus, bcaa, whey protein.


  2. My macros are 420 protein, 261 carbs, 95 fat and calories are 2387. Does everything look in check for my recomp? Any criticism or advise welcome.

  5. Winny works best with low body fat. IMO 18% is a little high. I would run it for four weeks instead of 8 at the end of your cycle. I say four bc winstrol can be harsh on the body (liver, dry joints etc). If it was me I would try and drop as much bf while on cycle before you start it.

    So I would do

    Test cyp 1-12 300mg 2x/week
    Winstrol 9-12 @ 50 mg/day or eod.

    Or you could overlap and run the Winny weeks 11-14

    Yes I agree, my main goal is to drop bf. I can run the winny @40 mg/ day for 4 weeks. I always thought that winny took a couple weeks before kicking in, so would 4 weeks be long enough? Also should I adjust my macros any while on cycle, to get more out of it?

  7. No around 7 days you should feel it start to kick. It doesn't take long. If you only have enough for 40 mg ed for 4 weeks I would run that over 20 for 8 all day. It should be the exclamation on the work you've already done up to that point (diet, training and test).

    I would lower protein some personally. Over 400 g is a lot and also add cardio while cutting.

  11. I don't have enough winny to run 50 mg per day for 8 weeks. I originally purchased enough to run 8 weeks @20 mg per day but it was suggested that I run it for only 4 weeks at double dose.

    yeah that would be much better. 20mgs is really low dose for it :/

    Thx. I will lower protein to 1.5g per pound. I actually do cardio for 30 mins. Every off day, but I've been planning to increase it. I will start hitting it every morning after waking up except on leg days.

  14. Third day on winny and also first week down on new workout and I'm sore as hell. Drinking approximately a gallon and a half of water per day , taking potassium on top of my multi vitamin and I'm still cramping up. I didn't think winny would kick in this fast , so I'm blaming it on the new workout. I also noticed that the last few days my preworkout (flashover) has seemed to really kick it into overdrive, even for a couple hours after I'm done with my workout. Regardless of the cause and even though I'm cramping, the new intensity is nice.

    Good sign that you got some legit product... It's most likely the winstrol. Try adding some taurine, other than that you got your bases covered w potassium and plenty of water.... Btw the PWO may be dehydrating you also if it has stims... How's the progress so far??

I've put on approximately 14 pounds and I believe I have dropped my bf some but can't measure cause I left my calipers laying out at my friends gym and I guess someone decided they needed them more than i did . I have another pair ordered so i'll see when they come in. But overall I would say cycle is going well. Your probably right about pre work out. I'll try to take in more water during my workouts and see if that helps. I'll also try the taurine

  17. Good stuff bro, enjoy these last 4 weeks... Love running winstrol at the end. It should dry you out and harden you up fairly quick...

  18. I'd definitely lower the protein some, there's absolutely no need to go over 1.5g/lb body weight. Winnie dries me up in the first week, after a few weeks I ended up walking like a decrepit old man lol.

  19. I did lower the protein to 1.5g a few weeks ago. Yeah the winny is definitely effective in drying. I'm already noticing that but I feel a lot more intensity from it also and I'm loving that.

  20. After 9 days on winny , I gotta say....I love it!! The extra water did the trick during workouts. Still getting some mild back pumps but only because I haven't been able to get any taurine yet. They are not bad enough that It effects my workouts. The winny has made it easier to control my diet, even after scaling back my cals some.
