Hi guys,
What's the consensus on adding ECA to a Halo cycle for that extra bit of fat loss whilst sparing muscle.
How would one dose it in relation to the Halo if the Halo is split into 3 doses, morning afternoon and evening at 25mg each?
I'm thinking of taking an ECA tab about an hour before a workout which is an hour after the first Halo dose, doing this 3 maybe 4 times a week.
Would one have to worry about things such as muscle loss or perhaps vasoconstriction with the addition of ECA to the cycle or is the Halo strong enough as an anabolic base?
Goal is to look shredded and vascular as possible while maintaining gradual lean muscle increase.
