So I'm putting up a log of my journey from now until I step on stage and compete next year.

Tonight was the first time in 6 months since I've been in the gym. I have Crohn's disease and got really sick and lost 30+ lbs. tonight was a very humbling and embarrassing experience. At 175lbs and struggling my butt off to farmer's walk with 80lb dumbbells was brutal. It was extremely disheartening and I seriously was questioning if I even wanted to put in the work its going to take.

Time to check my ego and pride I guess. Here's what the next 3-6 will look like for me. Still planning a few things out but these are the basics.

I've hired a coach I will be eating 5,000cals per day. Only changing the protein sources really.

I will be running GH Test and Mast. Not starting those for a month or so. Need to get some bloods first.

My goal is to get to 240 and step on stage around 220-225.

Thank you very much but don't feel bad.

Only the strong survive. I won't quit and I'm hoping the GH really helps with recovery and healing of my insides.

I'll be honest though mentally it's rough as hell. For the next 6 weeks I'm wearing only hoodies to the gym and only lifting at 5:30am or 3pm when no one is there.

I just ordered anabeta elite to help with appetite as I'm going to be consuming a ton of food daily.

I've heard good feedback and reviews from a couple guys. Has anyone had a good experience with it for increase in appetite?

In was going to use ghrp 6 but decided I'd try this first.
Thoughts?

Abe is great I'll be running it in my pct in a couple weeks, good luck man! I too am fighting to get back after a nasty work injury, two months stuck in bed, couple surgeries and being on prednisone for a year that completely ****ed my adrenal glands, before injury I could dead and squat over 300 and until I got off pred a couple months ago was lucky if I could hit 135 for 6 reps, lost 20 gained 30 lost 30 in the last year. Don't give up!

Well day two in the gym and it sucked just as bad as yesterday lol. Worked back and shoulders and I think I'm weaker now than I was when I was 16. I hope it comes back fast.

I won't give up. Horrible to know you went through something like that. I feel your pain and it's horrible.

I'm currently on prednisone but only for another week or two. I've never taken it longer than a month and never plan too. When I get off of it I get horrible acne and my joints hurt like hell.

What mg were you taking?

It comes back quick, my friend. Count me in to cheer you on.. Put everything you have into it. I have a similar story caused by hyperthyroidism and addiction. Lost 30 pounds over 10 months. And guess who put 35 back on in just 5?

Lol you'll be surprised how quickly it comes back, trust me. I also had a major trauma in my life making me loose copious amounts of muscle, it took about half the time to put it back on, muscle memory and anabolics is an amazing thing :)

im not sure what it comes out tobecause it was a drop form but from March to May this year i had to take it every waking hour, then after that was like 8 a day then 4,2,1 spread out over from june to july to taper off, and that had me miss two weeks of work, a trip to the emergency room then to endocronology then a couple of specialists then got some ultrasounds of my thyroid, i still have to take prestiq every day just so i dont have anxiety attacks every day, and have to take ambien every night and i still wake up at 3 a.m. most nights and its been like 2 months since all that happened now, but this week i hit squats at 265 for 3 and deadlifts at 265 for 3, my weight in may had peaked at almost 250 pounds and by august i was down to 212 and they were worried it had given me hyperthyroidism which has stabalized and now i'm sitting comfortably at 225. its been a ride my friend, all the best to you! i still struggle but lifting has been my life for 6 or 7 years now, you can come back man!! dont look at bad workouts as a negative, each one is a step closer to being back where you want to be, and no matter how bad you felt about a workout theres millions of people sitting at home on a couch watching tv while you are trying to better yourself!

Back then it was just test but I'm just about to pct from a sd, test, tren and winny run. That was a fun ride :)

I bet. I have yet to run tren. I am sure I will get around to it sometime next year when I'm cutting. Test prop tren ace winni and mast I think will be my pre contest cut cycle.

Wow sounds like you went through some rough stuff. Glad you're getting it back. Congrats on those solid lifts as well am.

So ambien didn't help you sleep? I haven't had a full 8 hours sleep in probably ten years or so honestly. I haven't tried ambien or anything in that class of drugs really though so maybe it would work for me.

I'll take a xanex every once in a great while, but that doesn't get me a full 8 hours either. I also had a serious bout with anxiety and panic attacks a few years back but hate to put pills into my body so I learned how to manage them and they have gotten significantly better.

Go figure I'll pin myself full of gear but refuse to take something a doctor prescribes me for long periods of time. I haven't had very good luck with doctors though in my past.

I hate doctors. Only time I've had to go to them since I graduated high school ten years ago because i got hurt at work. Before I went to the e.r. I called my d r and told them I thought I was having withdrawal they seriously told me it couldn't be from the pred because we tapered off it then at the e.r. after bloodwork and talking to my doctor everyone was like oh it's definitely withdrawal. Oh well, now I've got plenty of time to get back in shape! I can't bring myself to pin I'll just run a few cycles of ds before I go down the pin road but I hope it kicks ass for you!

Yeah I never saw a doc until I was diagnosed with crohns. I've had some really bad experiences with dr's but a couple good ones as well.

It's funny i have 3 business partners who are doctors and although they are great guys and very good and actually care about their patients they don't have a clue about much else outside of any technical expertise. Lots of times I feel like they are the dumbest smart guys I know lol. Two of them I don't ever think had a real world job before they started practicing.

Not always about how much weight but if you get a good pump and you're sore then it's progress!

I decided to go old school throw on a hoodie nasty big shirt shoes with no socks and say Fck it. I don't care who looks at me or what people think.

Only thing that matters is the work I am putting in.

That last post should have read like this:

1. Meals for tomorrow minus breakfast and 2 sweet potatoes.

2. My dinner tonight. One and half pounds chicken veggies and rice. Two cups of whole Milk.

3. Grocery store trip.

Eat big to get big!!!

Down to 175 this time, huh? That's a bigger hit than last time. Sorry to hear brother. I wondered where you had run off to. That's ok though, time to get shlt back on track.
Serious question time...
Any idea on how crohn's is going to respond to GH?

Man I have a 104 degree fever right now.

As far as GH I've logged quite a few hours watching Clint darden you tube videos and he has ulcerative colitis and uses peptides with some nice success.

Really good to see you doing well man. I'll keep fighting and following your log brother.

They have also done studies using GH in children with crohns and have had success.

I'll do pretty much anything to keep prescription drugs out of me, and stay away from surgery.

Is it curable ?

No. They don't even know what causes it, how to manage it, or really even what can effect it. Everyone's symptoms and problems can be different with this disease.

You can be infected anywhere in your GI tract. From your throat to your anus. It jumps around. It is an autoimmune disease so it double sucks donkey balls.
