Mav gets massive with Sten-zine + Trestobol

What's up AM? Starting a log here for my cycle in which I'm looking to kick off my fall bulk with!
For those of you who don't know I logged a successful Halo & Stano run on here in which I experienced no sides to speak of. I managed to cut a significant amount of bf and maintain muscle and strength. I spent my summer training my *** off to keep my gains and managed to hit my goal of dipping down sub 10% bodyfat. It's pretty sweet when people ask if I've slimmed down and make comments in how my physique has improved, my lady is probably the most pumped haha... anyways enough of that, after ample recovery time I am ready to get back in it, but this time I'm looking to add some muscle to my frame. However I do not want to go right back into the same pudgy boat I was in before, therefore this is a LEAN BULK. Don't worry I'll be pounding the food in my efforts to gain size, but I will be doing what it takes to keep bf in check and minimize fat gains... I have spent my summer researching and actually am on this site browsing just about every day, and Sten-zine/SuperDMZ2.0 are products that have really sparked my interest. I have liked what I've seen in the logs I've followed so I decided to give it a try. Also Trestobol is a new player to the scene that has popped up and looks like the best test base I can get my hands on. Just hoping to get some added libido, aggression effects while combating any lethargy the Sten-zine may cause. These are some potent compounds, all in all it should be a great cycle and to say I'm psyched would be an understatement.
Ironflex Supps Sten-zine: 40/40/40/40 (1 AM, 1 PM)
Celtic Labs Trestobol: 50/50/50/50 (20 p/w, then rest split up throughout day)
CEL Cycle Assist
Taurine: 5g daily
Will have Aromasin on hand if needed
All the usual staples creatine, aminos, etc. Might be forgetting something if so I'll let you guys know.

As discussed before, I'm looking to put on some mass while minimizing the fat gain. I would be very happy with 10 clean lbs kept after PCT, which from the logs I've read seems very reasonable. I'm looking more for size in the right places like body measurements increasing as well as improved progress noted in the mirror (because of which I will post pics and things to keep everyone updated) than what the scale says to track my results.I will start the cycle tomorrow morning, any input and those who decide to join the ride are greatly appreciated!

Final Overview Definitely a successful cycle! Here is how I ended up running it: Sten-zine: 2/2/3/3/3 (caps) Trestobol: 5/5/6/6/6 (caps) Formasurge: 3/3/3/3/3 (pumps) Some key points I noted from this cycle: - Put on some good mass - Strength SKYROCKETED - Bonerz galore - CRAZY, sometimes painful, pumps in the gym - Muscles felt full and pumped all the time, even upon waking in the morning - Night sweats occurred a decent amount of the time - Felt lethargic a good deal of the time the last three weeks. My end of cycle stats: Weight: 212lbs (+27) BF: 12.5% (+4%) Unfortunately I don't have body measurements because I broke my tape Pics, first thing in the morning: As you can see, I put on a good deal of mass, upped my calories a little too quick which lead to some unwanted fat gain, but hey that happens and I can shed it later. I think upping the trest a little higher might have worked better against the lethargy so that might be something to keep in mind for someone interested in this type of cycle. These products are legit if you're looking to put on some serious size and strength in a relatively short period of time and run something that kicks in quickly. IF definitely has some good products and I'd recommend them to anyone. Also have some great reps, thanks Caz and Tyga for all the assistance along the ride. Also wanna thank everyone else for following along and providing the support, really motivates me to push myself. All-in-all it was a great cycle! I will continue to log PCT and put up final weight, etc for you guys to know how much I've kept. Here is an updated version of my layout: Clomid: 100 first three days, then 75/50/50/25 Forma: 3/3/2/1/1/1 Abliterate Advanced DAA Endosurge Turbo X-Gels Glycophase End of PCT Update Weight: 203 lbs (+18) - Significant weight dropped but I believe almost all of it to be glycogen and water. - Abliterate seemed to control cortisol well as well as bring my waste in a tad. - Manage to maintain about all of my strength. - Estro crashed mid-PCT, will have to work out dosages of Forma/ Clomid a little differently for my next cycle. However things are fine now. - Feeling a solid recovery, will take adequate time off, and of course am excited to hop back on! - Pics:

10 solid lbs seems a bit of a stretch but who knows? People say I gained 18 lbs and all this but how much solid mass is left 8 weeks after the cycle is done?

Took 2 pills trest and 1 of stenzine with my breakfast this morning. I've decided to just split my trest dose into 2x a day so I can take it with my stenzine for simplicity's sake. If anyone strongly recommends going with my original plan I might switch back.
Lunchtime downed half of my daily supports and ill take the rest later tonight. Right now I'm eating my preworkout meal along with another stenzine pill and 3 trest. Been really jacked up for this cycle today so eager to kill it in the gym here in a couple hours. Starting it with chest day baby. Lets do this!
For the record my cals are currently set to 4500 and will adjust as I see fit.
My basic training scheme will go as follows:
I'm going to keep my lifts quick and intense, target time around 45 min although some will go beyond an hour I'm sure. I'm going to take advantage of increased recovery and train as frequently as possible on cycle. Resting only when I feel like I need it or I won't possibly have time to hit the gym. Cardio will be thrown in at least once a week and abs 2-3x. When I have the time I'm going to break up my muscle groups into a double split for the day. (Which is why I'm doing chest only today, back and shoulders will be tomorrow in 2 separate workouts.

I was really amped up to get started on today's lift. Nothing special weight wise however, can't wait for this stuff to kick in! Just finished my post-workout meal, gonna hit the hay soon. Time to get some sleep and get that recovery going!

In on this. Read through your halo and stano log as had a quick question, did you keep eating at a cal deficit through out you pct? Looks like you kept most, if not all your gains when you came off

Ps. Stenzine shut me down.. Hard. Personally I'd start your clomid at 100mg the first few days (looking back and down if you know what I'm saying, I wish I would have)

Stenzine was awesome @30mg you could run it for 6-7 weeks at 30mg a day if you have two bottles. Couldn't imagine it at 40mg... That trest should treat you nicely. IMO I'd run the cycle 6-8 weeks.

You need to take your trest 30 to 45 minutes pwo. Its only like a 3 hour half life. You will fell it more taking it closer to your workout.

Nice to get into the gym twice in one day, definitely gonna create a demand for growth haha. Bis definitely didn't have a full tank after doing back this morning, but no biggie just means they got worked hard. Ate four meals today, one pre and post workout meal for each workout. And I'll have a small shake in the middle of the night when I wake up to piss (always do, most friends here know all about the consequences of staying hydrated) I'll have run over budget with calories sliding up to 4900, but not too big of a deal considering I hit the weights twice. Tomorrow morning I'll hit the wheels! Gonna be good!

Had a great night sleep, woke up and ate my breakfast/ preworkout meal.
My get big breakfast right here!! 2 slices Ezekiel bread, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 3/4 cup egg whites, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup almond milk, and 2 of my homemade protein pancakes.
Just downed my preworkout shake with my trest/stenzine, about to attack the weights here in a sec!
