    Yeah def not a bad thing ik, but on cycle I'm just wanting to be in there all of the time! Can't say I enjoyed the day off too much working 9-9... but it did end well with a nice victory for my Wolverines! Go Blue!

    Just finished up some legs, took an ice bath, and posting up real quick before my meal!

    That first set of deads definitely a PR! Decided I'm gonna hit 405 before this cycle is all said and done. Not as much volume, but I just felt exhausted and that last set of squat I went down and knew it was over haha. Really worn out but happy with the numbers.

    Cycle notes: Libido has been up all cycle, Stiffies galore! lol... Also been having some of the "Trensomnia"-like sides. They've been off and on, night sweats and trouble sleeping, but last night was the worst. Up for 3 hrs in the middle of the night. Gonna pound some melatonin tonight and see how it goes.

  21. Nice deadlift Mav. 405 should be easily attainable. Your max is near 380 as it is so I'm sure you'll blow past 405

    Figured while I was breaking PR's I might as well give my bench a shot. Tied my record which was almost a year ago before I started cutting down. If I had a spotter I might have been able to get one more cuz I got that fifth rep up without a struggle. I'll try to get some updates for you guys soon as to where my body is at with week 3 wrapping up here soon.
