    Thanks man, yeah I'm with ya definitely gotta focus on that upper chest! I'm hopin so, with the way my strength has been increasing I'm pretty confident.

  5. Hey Mav! any gyno symptoms? Also is it just me or do you feel the pump on the Formasurge is not accurate? I doing 2 pumps in morning and 2 pumps at night.

    No gyno symptoms at all! What do you mean as far as accurate? I'm just doing 3 after my shower before bed.

    Strength is continually increasing. Finished up with some ab work since I've been slacking on that. 3 sets straight planks and planks on each side.

    Cycle Notes: So this past week I've been feeling really nauseous. I'm usually always hungry, regardless of current diet, so the fact that the nausea has killed my appetite is really noticeable to me. Regardless, I've been hitting my macros even when I have to force feed to keep the gains steady... Also this week I have noticed some bad lethargy. I just don't feel the urge to do much other than nap or sit on my @$$. It's been harder to get up and go to the gym, but once I'm in there and get going it's usually all good... Not sure of the exact cause of all this, but I remember from Tyga's log he had some similar problems. I started double dosing my cycle assist last evening so we'll see if that helps at all.

  12. M-sten gave me heavy lethargy. Put me on my ass hard and pretty much ruined my cycle. Saying that, I was running it solo (last time I do that!) so your Trest should give you enough juice to push through it.

    Ok up the tudca and try to increase your water intake.. Water is key for me if I don't drink a ton of water these things happen.. Also u could try Alcar it helps a lot with lethargy

  14. How much tudca per day would you guys recommend while using 4 caps of sten zine?

  15. I upped my cycle support and added a gram of N-acetyl cysteine. That's odd you have lethargy since your on trest.. May need to bump the dose. When I was using derma (only at two pumps a day) I had no lethargy.

    Never hurt to nap lol

    Yeah I'll never run a compound that causes lethargy solo, that must've sucked! Yeah I was thinking the same thing, I've been fine until this week though, so we'll see. Thanks Joey!

    Okay man I'll pound the H2O even further. I don't have more tudca I'll have to get more which is why I've just doubled up my cycle assist.

    Okay man, and yes I find it very odd and like I was telling Joey these effects didn't come into play until this week.. I don't mind a nap here and there, just don't wanna still feel like napping when I wake up lol.

    So it's the end of week 3! As you guys know, I've been faced with a little adversity as of late. I got a great night's sleep last night and am feeling pretty good today, however. Maybe the double dose of cycle assist will suffice! My fingers are crossed and I'll keep you guys updated! Gonna be out of town this weekend so Sat and Sun will be off days for some much needed rest. Just hoping to not feel like ish the whole time I'm gone.

    Also have some body updates:
    Weight: 205lbs (+20)
    Shoulders: 49" (+3.5)
    Chest: 42" (+2.5)
    Arms: 14" (+.5)
    Waist: 33.75" (+2)
    Thighs: 24.5" (+1)

    There you have it, About to go hit shoulders+arms. I'll post the numbers from that when I have time this afternoon or evening!

  23. Mavi those gains are ridiculous!! Unbelievable job and I bet that R&R will make u feel great.. I always tend to over train on cycle and start paying for it in the end.. Remember you grow when u rest.. Enjoy the weekend
