Hey all quick question. I have found a way to attain UDCA for liver support and was wondering what the dosing protocol was.

500 mg daily for protection, 1000mg daily for damage.

This is TUDCA dosage. UDCA is the active. You most likely need less.

very differnt opinions on this. some say tudca can be better absorbed by the body than udca...
