In October I trained, and cycled 14 weeks for a show and shortly after, literally the next day, I broke my ankle and tore the ligament everyone sprains when they sprain their ankle. I've been LIfting again but my ankle just isn't the same. I was wondering if there was anything out there that would be beneficial to take in my first cycle back tht would help me, in the sense of strengthening my connective tissue?
I've read that anavar and decca are know to increase collegen synthesis but want a first hand experience if anyone has one...
