Hi everyone, hope i am posting in the right place
first I’ll start by saying thank you for your contributions. I have done extensive research using these forums. First time I’ve posted
I’m 26, 6.3” currently, 203lbs. Today I am hoping I can get some advice on my third cycle
Before I get there I’ll go through my journey so far..
I was always super skinny, found it hard putting on weight bla bla bla. Starting weight 163lbs!!!
2 years ago I started my first cycle. Only trained for about a month before and rushed into it not really researching what I was doing. Ran a 10wk suss only course, finished at about 178lbs, for 15lb gain
My second course was a little better thought out and went for 12 weeks.
This was the breakdown:
Suss 375mg wk 1 – 12 e3d
deca 300mg wk 1 – 10 e3d
anapolen 50mg wk 1 – 5 2 x daily = 100mg
hgh 3i.u throughout ed
arimidex .25 wk 1 – 14 eod
HCG 500 wk 10 – 14 e3d
Nova PCT wk 15 – on
Liv52 throughout
Clomid PCT wk 15 – on
Finished up at 211lbs for a 33lbs gain and 48lbs total over two cycles. I have now been off for 7 months. Current weight 203lbs
After 7 months off, I decided I would go natural here on out. Unfortunately, as you guys probably understand I am unhappy with my results. So planning 8 week third cycle
My third cycle plan as follows:
Test prop 200mgs wk 1 – 8 EOD
Tren ace 150mgs wk 1 – 7 EOD
Mast prop 150mgs wk 1 – 7 EOD
Arimidex 25 EOD
Nolva PCT wk 11 on
Clomid PCT` wk 11 on
HCG 500iu wk 1 – 9
LIV 52 throughout
BIO DETOX throughout
Am I missing anything? Was thinking about adding prov?
My main goals are strength increase and muscle gain, minimizing bloat. Any advice or previous experience with above and experience with sides etc is greatly appreciated
After 7 months off, I must admit I am a little nervous about going with gear I have not used before… I feel like a virgin all over again =D
