doing a clen/caffeine cycle 2 weeks on, 1 week off with ketotifen.
clen to caffeine ratio is at a 1:2 (100 mcg clen, 200 mg caffeine)
anyway, goal is some RAPID weightloss. just finished an intense chest session, duration was 1:30 minutes, broke my bench record, under a caloric deficit!
my question is, would cardio counteract clen's anti-catabolic effects? i don't run or jog (i have bad knees, damaged both acl's a while back, one ruptured), just go on 5-10 mile walks on my free days. would this effect my muscle building in any way? thanks.
