I'm starting a Dermacrine/Erase/11KT 6 week run today as part of my 3 month cut effort. I am 6 foot tall, weigh around 200 pounds with about 23% bf. I'm wondering how many calories I can get away with while running Dermacrine.
For the past 3 weeks I have been eating around 1800 calories a day with light cardio, and 2000 calories on days of 5x5 compound lifting, 3x8 isolation (about 4 times a week).
So far I have lost about 7 pounds. I'm hoping to see some lean mass built in the next 6 weeks and more fat burned. Should I eat more more now I've started this cycle or just keep going? Whats your guys experience with this?
