Hey everyone, over the years of being a butcher I have developed carpal tunnel in my hands and its predominantly worse in my right hand. As of recently we lost our other butcher so I have been the only one cutting and my carpal tunnel has been causing me a lot of pain.
It made me think back to last year when I ran an Epistane cycle for 8 weeks in which my hands felt a lot stronger, looked a lot bigger, my veins were bulging out, and most importantly I didn't feel any pain at all throughout those 8 weeks.
Is there any correlation between carpal tunnel and AAS usage as far as it possibly helping to reduce the pain by strengthening the muscles in your hands and possibly tendons? I would love to hear back from anyone else who has or has had carpal tunnel.
