Im definitely fuller, muscle wise. Appetite is somewhat higher, although the last few days its been hard to pound down 2800 kcals. Today it was relatively easy..
Ill update my weight progress monday. Tomorrow i have my brothers wedding rehearsal, and saturday his wedding. So needless to say, i wont be hittin the gym until sunday
