Woke up this morning and figured, hey.. today is a good day to start my cycle.

Ironflex stenzine- 1 cap 2x ed
Bps dermacrine- 3 pumps after am shower
AI cycle support- 1 serving ed plus an additional 1g celery seed

PCT
Torem - 60/60/60/60
Clomid- 25/25/25/25
LGI Rehab- 0/4/4/4/4
Folli- 100mcg for 10-12 days

Will put the befores up tonight. Thinkin of moving into GVT for this cycle. Its up in the air though...

My kcals are up to 2700 ed from 2300, will probably end around 3-3100. This is a BULK, everyones recompin or cuttin but, i have plans for 2014 ya dig?

Its going to be a relatively clean bulk though, with a cheat MEAL once or twice a week (usually a pint of icecream lol)

Well GVT sucks lol 10 sets of 10 ... my endurance needs some work for sure.

Squats- 135x10x10
Superset with
Ez bar stiff leg hams- 45x10x10
*side work- calves and ab work

Well, for those who havent followed any of my logs i do A LOT of foam rolling and prehab/rehab scapular/shoulder work before almost every single workout.

My workouts will look like this..

Legs 10x10
Off
Chest/back 10x10
Off
Shoulders/arms 10x10
Off
Repeat

Rest between super sets will be 90 sec.

Food so far today..

Bfast-
1/2c thick rolled oats
5oz turkey sausage

Postworkout
2 scoop whey/iso mix
21g honey

Lunch-
4.5oz shrimp
1c rice

I got u 4 days a week on cycle wouldn't cut it for me. I need to throw weights around daily :)
I want to, believe me lol but GVT is a whole new ball game. Hittin every muscle group every five days, and its all hypertrophy work.

I believe around day 10 of Msten I went to 24mg e/d....coupled with the increased doses Finaflex 1-alpha (gettin to 6-8 caps e/d if I recall), 6 tabs of 4AD, & 3 of DecaSARM, my recovery wasn't even that - I never had to recover, because nothing I could do could possibly make me sore. Just insane. I could lift every single day, & I virtually did. Squatting 2x wk with no pain is bawse.

Bet in 2wks Stenzine will have you in there more than you'd expect. You just want to lift weights all the time, more than usual anyway lol.

Got GVT Chest/Back tonight. Legs are a little tender still from saturdays workout. Did a little swimming yestarday so burnt some kcals lol. Ill get the befores up tonight..

Are you starting your epi/stano stack today?
That was the plan but yesterday my allergies started killing me so I'm going to give it another day or 2 for it to calm down.. :( usually only lasts a couple of days..

Prehab/rehab shoulder and scapula work

Low db incline 50x10x10 (need to up the weight, busted these out with ease)
Supersett with- tbar row- 55x10x10 (need to up the weight here as well)
Rope face pull- 30x12x4
Hex press- 30x12x4

Holy shizz, da pumpz kicked in. Wasnt my pre workout either, the stenzine is creepin up on me! Tomorrow im hittin arms (this is optional for GVT). Four sets at 12 reps a peice. Three exercises for bis and tris.

Lunch today was
4oz steak
Baked potato w/light sour cream

Snacks were
Almonds
Granola

Intra w/o
12oz allsport

Post w/o
2 scoop pro
10oz carbmaster milk

Post w/o meal
1c white rice
4oz shrimp
Sauce

Man i hope! I stepped on the scale just for the hell of it and im up two lbs. Water/glycogen retention but ill take it lol
