Reverse diet cycle?
Hey guys wanted some opinions on my next cycle. I am coming up on the end of my cut and have lost 30 pounds, and am around 9-10% bodyfat at 185 pounds. It's been at least 6 months since my last cycle and I've been saving some Epi for the reverse diet (adding in 100 cals from carbs a week until back to maintenance).
The plan is 6 weeks at 40mg and maybe bumping up the last two weeks going by feel. I've never ran Epi before but I've done multiple Hdrol cycles with Trenazone with no sides and an Ultradrol with no sides which all gave me good gains but I was never this lean.Would it be worth adding in Stano or should I just try Epi solo? Also, I have the support and PCT(Nolva, DAA, Erase) in check except thinking about adding in Osta-RX in PCT so if any of you have experience with that I'd love to hear some advice.
Another thing is, I have IBE Epistane but only have 2-3 weeks worth, is it ok to switch brands half way through or should I spring for another bottle of IBE? I looked up the chemical names but most them arent identical to the IBE Epi

Everything u said is fine bro. Switching brands is cool as long as u know the other brand is legit which I'm sure u know if it is. I love epi and that's a good cycle dose. U could throw in Stano just to harden up more and help with strength and some leaning out but I would start it at 800mg and go up, its pricey though. Nolva 20/20/10/10, Erase 1/2/3/3/2/1 and DAA 3/3/3/3 would b good. Throwing in Osta Rx is also a good idea, I'd definitely do it. Make sure u have great joint support though cuz epi will dry them out and Stano will only add to that effect.

The one I'm looking at is 20mg for 3 pills so I'm guessing that 12.5mg would be ok

Quick question, would it be better to do 2 weeks of stano before starting epi?

Quick update, I'm 3 weeks into epi and 5 weeks into stano, so far at 800 stano/40 epi. Been feeling really lethargic for the last two weeks or so. Is there anything I should do to combat that? Like up the stano to 1000?
My calories have been from 2300 with 100 cal a week increases (coming from a cut) so I'm at 2,600 which is still below my maintenance, but I've gained 4-5 lbs so it is working but just not sure if the lethargy is from diet or the compounds
Another question, I've read that fat intake doesn't have to be very high while on cycle, mine is around 60-70 daily, would dropping that to add more to carbs be a good idea?
Appreciate any advice

Lol yeah bump up the stano... I had to go to 1350 to combat lethargy (150mg pills) but you might need to get another bottle if you do that lol. Not sure about the fats

Will do, I got another bottle of Stano coming in. Started feeling painful chest pumps today during my workout. I guess the Epi is really starting to kick in

I'm not a fan of lowering fats, but that's fine if u wanna increase your carbs.

I'm doing something similar to you. I finished a 12 week cut on the Keto diet and went into an Epi cycle for the reverse diet. This is my 6th week running Epi at 40mg and I have no lethargy. I also threw in SD at 10mg in my 3rd week. My calories are about 2800 (about 400 under maintenance). No back pumps of any kind (though I've been taking about 4g of Taurine per day since the start).
Epi: 30/40/40/40/40/40/40 (seven weeks to use up all I had on hand)
SD: 0/0/10/10/10/10/0 (stopped a week before Epi ends to help solidify those gains before heading into pct)
However, my body has never been a fan of carbs. So I've kept my carbs under or around 100 while increasing protein and fat each week. I've gained 11 lbs and my strength has shot up. Haven't checked bodyfat since I started.

The appetite with Epistane is killing me, I've had two days this week that I got home from my workout, ate my post workout meal and next thing I know I'm downing handfuls of cereal to keep myself sane and end up eating 4.5-5k calories when my maintenance is around 2.8-3k. Probably going to put on 20 lbs if I keep doing this.
Crazy considering I was cutting for 20+ weeks and only cheated once

Should I be worried in your opinion? I'm sure ill be putting on unnecessary fat but I plan to start cutting again in January or February anyway

Nah don't be worried, your on a steroid lol what did you expect? You shouldn't put on enough fat to fret about I don't think. Throw in so extra cardio if you wanna try and work some of that cereal of lol

Will do man, that's what I keep telling myself. I came from being a fat ass and try to avoid it as much as possible but swimming pool seasons over so as long as I look good with a shirt on lol

Finishing up the cycle tomorrow, gained 12-14 pounds and strength has been progressing nicely. Hit a new max of 365 on bench, 405x3 on deads, no squats because my backs been bothering me
Overall good cycle, I put on a little water around my abs and my nipples got a bit of water (I think it'll go away in PCT) but basically look the same leanness as 180 at 192 and had some crazy vascularity. Felt like I wasted a couple weeks trying to keep calories low but the last two weeks I really kept calories up and I've felt amazing. Oh well lesson learned.
Going to kill PCT then start looking around at a new cycle to start in mid December.
