Need some help.
I have been training for about a year and I've been following a layne norton type split for the whole time.
I'm 24 5'6 and currently at 141 pounds. Fairly low body fat under 10% easily.
When I started training I weighed 135 at a pretty high body fat. Got up to 155 and then decided I needed to cut a little so I have.
I'm looking for a good oral steroid to take for a noob. I have read up about it some and still reall want to give it a try. I'm just nervous about getting bitch Tits or losing sex drive.
If someone could help me with a good oral and how much would be a good idea to take safely for my first time, that would be sweet.
Sorry for the rant.

I'd recommend you wait until you're at the very least 160lbs at 5'6" before starting to use any type of steroid or ph.

You should do more researching throughout this forum because most of the answers you are looking for have already been posted. Use the Advanced Search and use keywords in the titles or subject search. There's a lot of info to be found. Oh and sort by date.

Every day. You can preload it to avoid getting headaches because it actually causes a temporary bp spike before it lowers it.

Missed it. No need to be a little prick. PH's arent really for people who have only been lifting for a year. More for people who are hitting plateaus and topping out their genetic abilities. Stick with eating and grow a little more before messing with your endo system

That's funny. Only real lifters can handle the prowler.
Never seen a crossfit, only read about them, but I don't think your going to see any one in crossfit pushing heavy weight on a sled, in Arizona, in august, in 116 degree weather.

Norton was great, back in the 60's. All his name is good for now is that power juicer he sells.

Everything previously stated is a good idea but ill answer the question as best I can, lift more, lift right and lift heavy and eat a **** ton dude get your weight up naturally first then consider a ph,
Educate yourself on bulking first.
Eat eat eat eat eat.
There is plenty of threads here that can help you with that.
Now once you get there and you feel you're ready to creep on over to the dark side there's more to think about. Do some serious research before jumping into a cycle, there's alot that can go wrong and you want to be prepared for the worst. The most important part of your cycle is nutrition, on cycle support and PCT. pct probably being at the top of that list. There's alot to think about and alot of money that goes into a healthy successful cycle. DO YOUR RESEARCH. There is plenty of info on PCT regiments on this site and other sites like this. Take it seriously, I've made the mistake of being careless during pct and it cost me Gyno symptoms which annoy me to this day. Once youre ready look into EPISTANE or HAVOC, speaking from experience I believe it's a great beginner cycle with minimal sides and great results running it something like 30/30/40/40 and bumping it up to 50 if you so choose would be a good start
