I am pretty new to all of this and have never taken any sort prohormone/steroid so I have some questions. I am not a body builder and I am not looking to gain much size, maybe just a little. I am more looking for strength, speed and endurance gains. I do a lot of triathlon, iron man, and crossfit training. I also do a lot of running. I was a decathlete in college so I have been training hard for several years now. I am 24 now and haven't seen a whole lot of progress lately. I've been doing a lot of research lately but I am still skeptical on what to take and how so I thought I'd ask you guys. What products would you recommend for me and what would you recommend for my PCT and/or OCT if necessary? Hopefully you guys can help me out.
