I'm 36 yrs old. 6'3" and currently 190 lbs. I've got a solid workout routine, and with the help of a Nutritionest I've got my diet in check. I've been researching different PHs and cycles. And every person I ask has their own advice on what to take. The last three cycles I've done, I've gained 15 lbs from the cycle then lost every ounce of it post cycle. Every forum and piece of piece of info I read tells me something different I should do. What the hell. I just want to gain and actually KEEP my gains. Can anyone steer me in the right direction. Cycle, per workout, EI and PCT.....??
