    Opinions for PCT training


    What kind of training do you guys prefer while on PCT. I know cutting is not recommended, but how do you prefer to hit the weights?

    - No change from your previous cycle? Still hitting it hard?

    - Still hitting the weights, but just "going through the paces" to maintain?

    - Or stay away from the gym and rest?

    For me:
    Less intensive training sessions and depending on DOMS I may delay workouts too.

    how much and what do you take for pct's? the prices of the pct's are more expensive than what i bought.I bought m1t and mohn xt to stack. I also bought Methyl Depot. What can I stack with Methyl Depot? Are pct's needed if you are not going to go over the recommended amount?

    During PCT you dont take PH/PS. You take meds that helps your body recover your natural test production.
    A list of what ppl usually takes:
    Nolva
    Clomid
    6oxo
    Tribulus
    HCG

    Your post is off topic (and not clear to understand too). The starter is wondering our TRAINING routines during PCT.

    I like to do more reps and sets with less weight...You really need to continue what you have started untill HPTA returns, but after a cycle where you busted your a**, I like to lift a little lighter.

    I keep my PCT workouts heavy and short. I keep trying to increase poundages like I did on cycle, although I dont do nearly as many sets. MaxOT training works great for PCT. You built those muscles lifting heavy-ass weight - you have to keep lifting heavy ass weight if you want to keep them.

    Cardio is also a GREAT addition to PCT. Really keeps the energy up and the fat gains down. Ill do about 40 minutes of heavy training, and then hit cardio for 10-20 minutes.
