Low test at 19 years old?

Hey everybody Natural 19 year old here and I'm new to this forum and I just wanted to get everybody's input on my current test levels and if they are something to be concerned about. I've been lifting 'seriously' for about 3 years. I currently weigh 156 and i'm 5'6'' at about 12% or so bodyfat. I have been lifting seriously, my diet is on track, i'm doing everything right and yet not satisfied with the gains i'm making. I also feel very tired and fatigued, so I decided to ask my doctor for a testosterone test.

The results came back at 345 ng/dl.

The doctor said im within 'normal range' however I am very skeptical about this because I researched online and found that those levels are normal for a 80 year old man, and normal levels for someone my age are around 600-800 ng/dl I believe. Also, I took the test at 9am and I woke up at 4am that morning(around 4 hours of sleep), not sure if this would alter the blood test that much. Should I be worried?

Do you know what you are doing training wise? It sounds like you could be severely overtraining.

Could you post how does your diet looks like?. Do you have or have you ever hadany kind of acne? How is your libido/sex drive?
I don't know about test levels but I googled it and indeed I found you are pretty low. Try a natty testbooster and if that doesn't work I don't know?

Are you on any meds? Are you a diabetic, have high blood pressure, or high cholesterol? What's your sleep schedule like? How often do you work out and how long have you been working out? Have you ever had iron checked? Do you booze often? Have you ever damaged your testicles? Do you take supps And what are they ? What's your libido like? Are you stressed out or depressed about anything? Answer these questions cause all can negatively affect your test levels.

And yes lack of sleep can be a huge factor on test levels but not from just one day from my understanding. Now if you only got 4-5 hours of sleep everyday for 3-4 days prior to the test than you def would have lower levels then expected.

My levels were around that and got placed on TRT by my doctor. However, he made me come in several times to restest and makes me retest every several months looking for an excuse to ween me off. It will be even more of a pain at your age to get it.

Look into diet, training habits, and other things to maximize your T levels. I did things like eliminated anything with BPA (food storage, non-coated pans). Then upped carb intake and lowered my cardio (I am a marathon runner). These things helped a little.

Even with lack of sleep at 19 your test levels should be sky high.

No meds, no diabetes, bp is fine. I don't drink. No stress, and my sleep schedule is fairly ****ed up. I open up at my gym and have to wake up at 4am 4 days out of the week. However I get off at 9:30 and take a 4 hour nap so I'm getting my 8 hours of sleep every day, it is just often split up. I'd like to go back for another blood test to confirm my levels, but my Kaiser doctor is convinced there is nothing wrong with me. I do have a confirmed varicocele in my left testicle which could be a cause of the low test, but my doctor shrugged it off like it was no big deal. I don't think he cares much.

Well usually you have to have both damaged to really see a problem in low test at your age. And sorry about all the questions but I am in the med field and were just covering all the basic questions that should have been asked imo
