Hey guys, I'm looking for a few suggestions. I'm day 15 of my bulk here and I feel like I've stalled out. It's definitely bumming me out. I started this cycle at 174lbs. Day 10 I was up to 184lbs. Here I am 5 days later and not an ounce heavier! Now, I know what ya'll are thinkin, "take the 10lbs and shut up". I've got 15 days left on this cycle and I'm looking for a F@#$%** home run here!! Should I bump my calories? Should I up some dosages? Any suggestions at all?
Stats: 28yrs old 5'6" tall
Start weight: 174 /now 184lbs
Start Bf%: 6% /now 8-9%
Daily Cal. intake: Pretty clean 4500 (50% carbs,30%protein,20% fats), (600 or so from pre- post workout whey and carb shakes, and a bedtime weight gain shake)
Cycle: M-sten rx:20mg
Supports: Multi, Achilles, Talos, Aegis, Fish oil
My back and forearm pumps are getting pretty harsh and the Taurine and Potassium only go so far. I'm fully prepared to suffer through what I need to in order to get these gains. I'd like to finish this with another 10lbs so I can cut 5 or 6lbs and be a super lean 185, 186. I've got a bottle of Ultradrol(4mg tabs). Should I shoot up to 24mg ed of m-sten or is it something else?
