    First time running a cycle! need some advice/help. (epistane)


    hey guys im fairly new to the forums and ph's. a little background info... , been lifting for over 4 years and i am 5'8 225-230lbs atm.

    My goal is to cut and loose another 3-4 inches of my waist so i can join the navy! so i decided to run my first cycle and see where it gets me.

    i am doing a 6 week epistane cycle which will look like.. 30/30/40/40/40/50. stacked with stanozane.. my only support is cycle assist and multi and fishoil.

    i dont really have a pct planned out, but i am going to get nolvadex, erace and daa for sure and figure out dosings later on... but the only thing that im really worried about is my diet....

    my MAIN goal is to cut/recomp. i would like to build some muscle in the process but i do want to loose a lot of weight. how should my macros/calories be?

    im used to cutting at 2400-2500 calories which is really low for my weight. but im thinking of cutting at 3k calories with epistane..

    can some one please give me some insight/suggestions?. thanks!

    How old? Bf % ?
    If ur looking to lose a lot of weight I don't suggest a ph. Just from my experience u would loose a lot with dexaprine and tt-33 or any kind of thyroid enhancer ( 3,3-diiodo-l-thyronine and
    3,5 diiodo-l-thyronine) combined with cardio. I used dex and Tt-33 for a month and a half and lost 12 lbs no cardio.. As for nolva (tamoxifen ) standees is usually 40,20,20,20

    22 years old, 20% bf give or take... im not trying to loose a lot of weight, im just trying to recomp my body... u know, loose a lot of bf... im on a cut and im just wondering if im cutting, and using a anabolic then how should my calories be? because in normal world with no ph i would eat at a deficit... but with a ph its a whole new game, supposedly.. thats what people have been saying.. or ive read, im just trying to figure out, if im cutting with a ph should i eat at a deficit or should i eat at like maint... or even above? o.o?

    For your purposes I'd say better diet and SARM's.

    well its my 4th day on the cycle im not just about to stop it... :/ just one question, when your cutting with a ph should you eat at a deficit?...

    According to the numbers you provided, 5'8"@230, your BMI is 35. Get a body fat test to put things in perspective.

    Damn Slappy a little harsh lol you have a point though.

    If you're already on cycle, which it sounds, I would just pick to cut and not recomp. You will lose muscle but also a good chunk of weight. Hopefully the anabolics help you hold onto some muscle.

    I would begin with 500 less than your main. and adjust from there

    Sorry, I haven't been eating too many carbs lately. It's effecting my filter.


    But yeah, OP, adjust your diet. A low carb, high cardio routine will do wonders (although it may make you b!tchy).

    lol slappy beat me to it, im gonna go harsh mode too

    no fukin way youre "20% give or take." if you were 20%, then you wouldnt need to lose 4inches off the waste to get into the navy. just by your weight and comments, id say youre closer to 30% give or take

    I ran epi as a first cycle also looking to cut some weight....lifted 4 days a week and did p90x plyo once a week( that **** works)...now im injecting so i dont give a **** lol

    I'm on deca, about to enter week 7 and have been dropping BF while increasing weight. Diet really is everything. Today I'm at 178 and 7% BF according to the tester at the gym.

    I started putting on fat with deca around week 10. I've gone up around 4 over the past 6-8 months.

    no i shoulda mentioned that the navy does tape measure which is why its higher and i have to loose inches -.-... i had my bodyfat test done many times the max it ever got to was 21% after not lifting for 2 months.. but i have always been around 18% 20 max. the navy does the tape around your waist which is why my waist is higher... but my arms, legs shoulders are all more toned.. i just have more fat around the belly and i asked the recruiter too and he told me they do it because people come in with big arms and **** but then have a bad belly.

    i know how to cut and diet without a cycle, its just ive been surfing these webs and a lot of people say when you cut with ph or roids you should use maintenance or above... i didnt know if it was true, thats the only reason im asking.... so to make it simple, if you were cutting with a prohormone, should you eat at a deficit, or at maint..? which would provide better results for the cut?.

    People on this board should know better than to use the body mass index as an indicator. It's meant for sedentary people who don't exercise according to my BMI I'm obese but I'm sitting at 11%. to answer your question OP I would eat at maintenance while on a PH. I lost a stack of bf eating at maintenance on epi and had some notable strength increases.

    Man not trying to be rude, but needing to lose 3 to 4 inches off your waist is FAR above 20% body fat.. I've never seen someone who was ripped up top but then had a spare tire around their midsection.. Just not gonna happen. Your best bet is to visit a doctor and get your bf tested accurately. Keep in mind we're talking about losing 3 to 4 inches of the waist to just become ELIGIBLE to join the navy. Not become shredded

    ^^^ thats what im thinking. at about 15% you might be 1-2 inch above ripped status, which is still 1-2inches short of the navy cut line youre far from 20

    i have a feeling op is one of those fat dudes that thinks its all muscle

    thank you bro, guess i just gotta do this and go off of results, and people, i dont know what to say... when i had my bf tested it came to 18-20% i had it done with calipers 3 times, and the little machine u hold 2 times and all times it was around 20% 21 was my max... i dont see what every one is arguing about? i know 20% is a lot of bf lol... and i just said 3-4 inches to be safe its more like 2 inches.. and idk much about inches.... but thanks for every ones input.. im going to try my current diet until week 2-3 and see how i look/feel then bump up or decrease.

    it takes longer than 2-3 weeks to make any sort of significant change, but you seem to have every thing figured out. good luck man.

    thank you, but i figured with a cycle there might be haha because every one is kind of saying they feel epi at week 3?. so just gota wait it out, i got 5 weeks left on the cycle. im doing 30/30/40/40/40/50, does this look like a good dosage? im not bumping it up higher because i didnt preload on cycle assist for 2 weeks....

    You are doing a lot of figuring and not a lot of listening. This won't serve you well in the military.
