    Submit a ticket so customer service explaining the situation and giving all the pertinent info. They should be able to take care of you. If they don't handle everything to your complete satisfaction PM me.

    I did that and the one ticket they closed as being a duplicate because I put one in for each order as a found out my mistake. And so I guess ill wait it out a day and see what's up but the one package is parked at the Post Office in Michigan. And I want it in my hands!:-)

    Perhaps if you call the post office in Michigan they can forward it to you. If you submit another ticket Put "This is NOT a Duplicate" in the first line or subject line and explain that there are 2 diff packages in question. Once again, if you have trouble getting the situation resolved with Customer Service please PM me.

    Sorry I'm not totally at ease on this forum yet. Is there a way to move it to logs? On my app I font see a logs forum at all.
