Just seeing if I'm on the right line?
Getting back into training, after reading about so people who start cycling as so as they start training. I have been doing a lot of read and think that I will try a 12 week cycle, but not until after a year of solid training.
Or should I be looking at waiting until I plateau ie: natural gain 1st year, 2nd hitting a plateau, 12 week cycle in year 3?
