Depends on the diet and workout program I would honestly run a first cycle like this:
50/75/75/75/75/75
Honestly try to ramp up the last week to 100 if you have enough and sides allow it (they will, halo is rather mild)
On a maintenance diet you can recomp but on a bulk I can see it possible getting 5-6 quality pounds after pct. use CEL Cycle assist during the cycle and dose it some 4 hours away from the halo doses. Keep a serm on hand and enjoy...oh yeah dose the halo with fish oil with high omega 3 content, helps absorption and the effects.
