Grainy 6OXO - crush?

I just received 12 grams of 6OXO powder I planned on putting in a transdermal but I have a few questions berfore I waste money. The powder is much more grainular then 19-nor or 4AD. It is almost like sugar. Do you have to crush or cut this for it to be effective in a transdermal?
