    Hey guys I've been running my epistane cycle I'm coming into my 4th week of 5 wk cycle. My cycle looked like
    30/30/30-45/45/45
    my PCT is s follows
    nolva 20/20/10/10
    DAA 3/3/3/3/3
    erase 0/0/3/2/1

    heres my issue I've gone beast mode and have ate anything I could get my hands on. I've put on a massive amount of weight so far and my strength is through the roof. All in all I think I may put on 25-30lbs 10 of which may be fat. Yes this was a dirty bulk. It didn't start off that way but somewhere around week 2 I began getting cravings that chicken breast wouldn't put to bay. I've regained control of my diet and will be running a clean diet throughout my PCT. however should I add anything into PCT maybe lean extreme or oxeye lite to start pulling off some of his fat. Or should I just keep my weight and then try to cut a month after PCT.


  2. Not even my man, don't start cutting while in your PCT. Try to keep the cals as high as they were throughout cycle, you'll start to lose weight. You can also look at it as a way of a reverse diet. Keeping the cals high will mean more food to eat as you begin to cut after you've finished out PCT

  4. Yea I've never had issue gaining weight wether it fat or muscle. It's a gift and curse at the same time. In gonna run my PCT through feb. and then conruon to build theough march. If I get my diet right I should lean up a bit. Then ill go for a cut starting April to be good for summer by june

  5. reduce is fine for cortisol but not a fat burner

    Clen seems to control cortisol, u should look into it after your cycle. Also agree in not cutting calories during pct, but eating **** just to keep calories up isn't the way to go IMO. I would eat as clean as possible during pct.
