Some will come to challenge me and take my throne from me, but they will not succeed. Lesser specimens will fear me and my presence, while all will envy me.

Without further ado, here is my roadmap to the top. My cycle, diet, and split are as follows.

My diet is...
A modified amalgamation of 16/8 IF and the Body opus diet.
16/8 will be M-F while on the weekends I will refeed. During my refeeding I will eat essentially what I want minus Pizza. (High Carb and Protein)
During my psuedo-fasting periods i wil consume 10 grams of 4:1:1 BCAAs and 5 grams of glutamine ever 3 hours for the last 7 hours of my fasting to prevent catabolism. These will be mixed in either black coffee or green tea.
My feeding will start at 1300. My diet will be based around protein that I have killed and stored in my deep freeze from this past hunting year. This will be the only meat I eat through the course of my journey.
I have 1 elk (about 700 lbs) 6 white tail dear (about 200 lbs) 1 wild boar (200 lbs), 126 dove, 80 quail, 16 ducks, and 42 grouse.
I will only eat veggies during the day, primarily broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, brussel sprouts, celery, tomatoes, salads, cucumbers, and peas.
I will also be consuming postworkout protein immediately after my morning workout.
My protein that i will be using for PeriWO nutrition is Anabolic Recover from MuscleFeast
total calories during feeding will attempt to be around 4K-4500
My split will be as follows.
Morning cardio- Asylum workout program
Evening weight training- Modified GVT- 2 major muscle groups/compound exercises + 1 or 2 minor/isolation groups. 4-5 days a week.
Sunday will always be a completely off/recover day.
This will be a very complete log with routinely updated pics and stats. Expect lots of food porn!
