    Without further ado, here is my roadmap to the top. My cycle, diet, and split are as follows.

    Test C-750mgs/wk 1-15
    EQ- 600mgs/wk 1-12
    Dbol- 60mgs/ QD 1-4
    Letro- .25 mgs/ Q3D, TBA PRN
    GW1516-20 mgs/QD indefinately

    PCT
    GnRH- 100mcg once
    Nolva- 40/20/20/20
    DAA- 3g/QD
    my custom Cortisol Control- Blend of DHEA, DHEAS, 7-Keto, and 11-oxo in a 2:1:2:2 ratio. 150mgs/QD throught PCT


    My diet is...
    A modified amalgamation of 16/8 IF and the Body opus diet.
    16/8 will be M-F while on the weekends I will refeed. During my refeeding I will eat essentially what I want minus Pizza. (High Carb and Protein)
    During my psuedo-fasting periods i wil consume 10 grams of 4:1:1 BCAAs and 5 grams of glutamine ever 3 hours for the last 7 hours of my fasting to prevent catabolism. These will be mixed in either black coffee or green tea.
    My feeding will start at 1300. My diet will be based around protein that I have killed and stored in my deep freeze from this past hunting year. This will be the only meat I eat through the course of my journey.
    I have 1 elk (about 700 lbs) 6 white tail dear (about 200 lbs) 1 wild boar (200 lbs), 126 dove, 80 quail, 16 ducks, and 42 grouse.
    I will only eat veggies during the day, primarily broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, brussel sprouts, celery, tomatoes, salads, cucumbers, and peas.
    I will also be consuming postworkout protein immediately after my morning workout.
    My protein that i will be using for PeriWO nutrition is Anabolic Recover from MuscleFeast
    total calories during feeding will attempt to be around 4K-4500

    My split will be as follows.

    Morning cardio- Asylum workout program
    Evening weight training- Modified GVT- 2 major muscle groups/compound exercises + 1 or 2 minor/isolation groups. 4-5 days a week.
    Sunday will always be a completely off/recover day.


    This will be a very complete log with routinely updated pics and stats. Expect lots of food porn!
    all pins will be logged religiously
    all workouts will be logged religiously

    Starting stats as of this morning
    6'1 194 lbs at 15.2% BF
    goals: 215+ @ <10% BF

    Question why you stick with such a low does on letro during your cycle and then tap it off with tomaxifen for the pct...why not vice versa, or higher on the letro in the later? Just wondering...IMO The letro is the best gd estrogen blocker avail...so good choice there nmw.
    Now, as far as the diet...dude, you are already lean, phuck 15% at 6'1...Many guys dream of getting their! But this also tells me your metabolism is ramping non stop any how. This also kinda explains the refeeds...except for the part about the pizza. WTF!?!?! Why not! I love me some pizza! But I tend to resort to making my own on a refeed, or really dissecting the toppings and bringing in my own sometimes to the neighborhoods Italiano shop:-) ...smoked salmon and raw smoked gouda, with roasted garlic and tomatoes.......YUM!
    But anyhoo...to each his own.
    Back to your total calories though...Now you said total on intake would be 4K-45K, now this I would assume you already know is approximately how much you are burning just being an active, young, and healthy male. If your goal is to BUILD and by your stack,, BUILD' is what you will, then why not increase caloric intake to satisfy all nourishment needs. Minimal muscle sparring, but many forget bone mass is lost as well during strict dieting and heavy exertion! So I'd honestly suggest, perhaps a bedtime shake with your evening supps and maybe even toss in a scoop of green vibrance to your protein shake to take care of any imbalance in gastrointestinal enzymes and blood lipids levels.

    and lastly...

    An ELK!?!?! WTF MANny?!?! You some mountain viking or something!?!?! Do you pillage and collect pelts too! LOL! Kidding, but damn! I need to come hunting with you next season! Lucky freaking guy! Now the 126 doves....AWWWW...now that's just sad:-( But they must be as tasty as they are cute:-) I will enviously be thinking of you while shopping at Whole Foods this competition season!

    Bout time you made it diesel! Lol And manny is fine! I like it!

    I like metro that low cause it help keep my e in check without completely wiping me out. I use the tamox to help ewatart ny hpta...and i usually go completely off an ai during put cause we boys need a lil bit of e to help us get back to normal lol

    Hunting isn't a hobby, Its a way of life lol. So yeah its lot of game bit its well worth it.

    But anyway check out ny new log in the training section. I had a series uf unfortunate events that's explained here and there! But please come along anyway!
