I believe I'm ready to try my first PH cycle but just wanted to make sure everything looks good. I am trying to be as safe as possible as I had some idiot friends in high school that fooled around with PHs and now have permanent damage. I'm not looking for any lectures and I've done my fair share of research. I'm mainly looking for a boost to bulk because I've spent the past few months drastically cutting, and am now trying to make some dry gains. Any words of wisdom or pointers would be appreciated, thanks!

I am planning on purchasing RPN Havoc, CEL CycleAssist (for pre/during), and for PCT Liquid Tamoxifen (Nolvadex)
Week 1: CEL CycleAssist pre-load
Week 2: CEL CycleAssist, Havoc 10 mg
Week 3: CEL CycleAssist, Havoc 20 mg
Week 4: CEL CycleAssist, Havoc 30 mg
Week 5: CEL CycleAssist, Havoc 30 mg
Week 6: Nolva 40 mg
Week 7: Nolva 40 mg
Week 8: Nolva 20 mg
Week 9: Nolva 20 mg
Daily: Multivitamin, Fish Oils, BCAA's, Creatine
Questions: Would it be better to start the Nolva in Week 5?
Would a pre-workout like MusclePharm Assault be okay to use with this mix?
Should I use the CEL CycleAssist during Weeks 6-9 as well (PCT stage)
