I will be starting my bulk up cycle in 6 weeks once i get back from Hawaii, i was wondering how people were going with it? i see a few logs with average results then a couple with good results.
i will be either doing a normal 4x6-8 Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Shoulders and Legs Split or Layne Nortans Phat program, what do you recommend i want to put on nice and lean mass, i cant really afford to put on much bf%
